Rob started his career in the hospitality industry with ClubCorp at the historic Pinehurst Resort and The Owners Club at Telluride. Rob has extensive knowledge in public and private club management and interval vacation ownership.

Steve Dering

Steve is the founding partner of Elite Alliance Real Estate. He pioneered the country’s first residence club in 1991 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Subsequently, he structured and launched The Phillips Club in Manhattan, the world’s first urban residence club. Steve has worked with developers to introduce residence clubs at prestigious destinations around the globe. These clubs have generated more than $1 billion in sales.

Kelli Buchheit
VP of Operations

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Kelli served as the Membership Director and Tennis Professional at Irondequoit Country Club. Kelli joined Elite Alliance in 2013 as Director of Members Services, focusing on enhancing the membership experience and growing the membership base. Currently as Vice President of Operations, Kelli manages the day to day operations. Kelli enjoys her free time spent with her husband, daughter and doodle- exploring the Finger Lakes region by boat or experiencing one of many EA destinations.

Kevin Ceneviva

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Kevin served as the Vice President of Operations for ClubCorp overseeing their residence club division domestically and internationally; previous to assuming this responsibility, Kevin was the a General Manager at the historic Pinehurst Resort. He began his hospitality career with Hyatt Hotels where he served in several executive roles and was involved in many facets of the operations, several startups and extensive renovations. Kevin provides 30 years of Hospitality knowledge in full services hotels, resorts, whole ownership and fractional developments in the luxury segment.

Traci Clark
VP of Human Resources

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Traci served as the HR Business Partner at the Genesee Brewery. With her extensive human resource background Traci will lead the Human Resources function focusing on all aspects of human resources including payroll, benefits and strategy. Traci enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring new places with her son and 2 rescue dogs and loves country music.

Melanie Brumbaugh
Director of Reservations

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Melanie spent ten years planning and managing events in boutique hotels, conference centers, and colleges. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. Melanie has a strong background in hospitality operations, management, and accounting. She is also hyper focused on details, organization, and financial performance.

Karrie Mastrella

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Karrie worked in the sport industry, working for professional hockey and lacrosse teams. Her experience includes roles in customer relations, as well as event planning and travel coordination. As Director of Membership, she focuses on building genuine connections with Elite Alliance members to make their membership experience memorable.

Jennie Daniels

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Jennie worked in the banking industry for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over thirteen years. She has an extensive background in home mortgage, customer service, event planning, sales and marketing. Jennie’s travel experiences and passion for travel provide Elite Alliance members with an unparalleled commitment in making their travel adventures unforgettable.

Ingrid Alvarez

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Ingrid spent several years as a Training Manager. She has extensive experience in customer service, sales, home mortgage, and educational marketing. Ingrid is highly involved in her community — she directs plays, participates in youth advocacy groups, and enjoys swimming and horseback riding. She is proud to be a part of the Elite Alliance family.

Faith Thompson

Prior to joining the Elite Alliance team, Faith kicked off her training with the Walt Disney World College Program. Faith is very proud of her Mouster’s Degree! Since then she has built up an extensive background in fine dining, catering and banquets, event planning and office administration. She developed a strong passion for worldly travel when she visited England for the first time.

Bertha Calvo

Bertha was born and raised in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. She moved to the US in 2001, earning a degree in Business Administration and International Business from the University of Houston. Bertha’s interest in international cultures and the hospitality business led to a long-term placement at Red Frog Beach Resort, in Bocas del Toro, Panama. During this time, Bertha held the position of reservations manager providing additional support and guidance to clients and colleagues for a wide range of issues such as operational improvement, reservations, marketing, customer service and training to help maximize the profitability within the luxury resort.

Lisa Freeman

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Lisa held various roles with ClubCorp including guest services, reservations and event planning. She also has years of experience in Human Resources, Supply Chain and logistics. She has a great enthusiasm for travel and is excited to assist guests, Owners and members with their travel plans.

Teresa Sadowski

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Teresa worked on Federal contracts with the US Dept. of Education and NYS Higher Education as a debt counselor for 10 years with a variety of customer experience. She travels to Italy every summer to visit family and speaks fluent Italian. With her experience in European travel, Teresa is very passionate about planning your next adventure!

With an extensive hospitality background, Colt comes to Elite Alliance leading it’s Resort Real Estate division. Prior to joining the team, Colt’s career led him across the United States managing operations for over 4000 resort and hotel accommodations, and 800+ luxury vacation homes. With proficiency in Fractional Ownership and Resort Operations, Colt guides a Residence Club development from conception to occupancy including product design, legal structuring, marketing strategy, sales oversight, and delivery.

Prior to joining Elite Alliance, Sarah worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Photographer for an Orthodontic office, Behavioral Therapy practice, and her own Photography business. With these skills combined, she has a passion for capturing brands and growing businesses. Sarah spends her free time hiking, traveling, and trying new activities. She is an advocate for experiences over things.

Deana Dillon

Deana came to Elite Alliance with extensive experience in accounting and human resources. She graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Deana is actively involved at Oasis Church and The Charles Finney School. She spends her free time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

John Knappert

Randi Ceneviva

Prior to joining Elite Alliance Hospitality, Randi began her career in the hospitality industry with ClubCorp at the historic Pinehurst Resort North Carolina, Telluride Colorado and in Dallas Texas, and held senior management positions in both the Front Office, Guest Services and Reservation Departments. She has over 25 years of management experience and customer interaction involving front of house operations focusing on full-service hotels, private residential communities, golf resorts, and fractional ownership properties.

Sandy Mora

Sandy was born and raised in Tecate, Mexico, and possesses 20 years’ experience in customer service, operations, and logistics for Rancho La Puerta. With a degree in Financing and Accounting, she decided to stay in hospitality as that is her passion. She works closely with the operations team to make sure all services are communicated to owners and guests, all common areas are well taken care of, and that staff members are highly trained to deliver the friendly community experience that is expected when visiting Rancho La Puerta. Sandy’s responsibilities are ever-changing to ensure a visitor’s experience at The Residences exceeds their expectations.

Eduard Sosa

Eduard was born in Costa Rica and has over 16 years of experience working in the hospitality and service industry. Eduard started his hospitality career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts while majoring in Business Administration. He has held leadership positions with other international brands such as Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels, and Real Estate Developments, overseeing investment transactions, as well as running Rental and HOA operations. Eduard is excited to join Elite Alliance’s Hospitality division, ensuring the ownership experience at the Residence Club is always memorable.

Scott Olpin

Scott has been a hospitality General Manager for over 20 years with work experience on Kauai and in Aspen and Glenwood Springs, Colorado before landing as the General Manager at Seasons at Sandpoint, Idaho. He has enjoyed working with his team these many years, enhancing each guest and owners experience. Living in Sandpoint, Scott and his family enjoy water skiing in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. He lives with his family in the country of North Idaho along with a dog, two cats, chickens, and fish.

Ana Cristina Gonzalez Ruiz

Prior to joining the Elite Alliance team, Ana Cristina worked at Grupo Espiritu in roles such as head of sales management and project coordination. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and two diplomas from Stanford University. Through her international exchange she has traveled the world and embraced different cultures. Her time exploring has led to a passion about creating memorable experiences for guests.

Claudine Williams

Claudine’s love of the mountains as well as the sea led her to hospitality management experiences ranging from a top rated Ecolodge in the Andes of Ecuador to luxury resorts in Lake Tahoe, Florida Keys, and most recently The Bahamas serving as the General Manager at Kiama. Woven throughout her 20+ years in hospitality is a passion for crafting amazing, personalized guest experiences that leverage the locale and the skills of her teams. Since 2006, at each of her Elite Alliance client projects, Claudine and her teams have successfully improved operations and asset management efforts resulting in top rated resorts.

Rob Bulkiewicz

Rob started his career in hospitality as a bellman, worked his way through the Sheraton, Weston, Hilton system serving as a front office manager, director of housekeeping and revenue manager before transitioning into general manager at the Mariner's Club in Key Largo. He later served as the chief information officer for the Key Largo Wastewater Treatment District but was quickly drawn back to his true passion of serving guests as the Area assistant general manager for the Islamorada Resort Collection. He is originally from Chicago and loves his Cubs, Bears and Bulls. Rob is a 45-year resident of the Florida Keys and enjoys exploring the mangroves on his paddleboard, snorkeling, playing tennis and basketball.
