What We Did

  • Enhanced the developer’s inventory by fractionalizing the units offered thus increasing the per unit price point by 80%.
  • Oversaw the marketing execution and launched the property to a global audience to bring qualified buyers.
  • Coordinated premium on-site services that buyers would have access to as part of their purchase: i.e. priority tee times, personal concierge, complimentary golf cart.

A luxury resort in Florida sat dormant for many years. Elite Alliance was engaged as the management company to make the property a top luxury destination in a competitive tourism region. The investment team needed a professional management group to lead this effort to generate income and profits.

What We Did

  • Worked closely with the Investment Team to develop and implement a master plan and vision for the property that differentiated the property in the local and surrounding markets.
  • Recruited and trained an exceptional staff on property to install operational procedures and provide a high level of service.
  • Implemented standard operating practices for physical plant management, accounting, guest experience, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Created and executed a robust marketing plan for both vacation rentals and the marina.
  • Consulted with the Investment Team on strategies for new resort amenities and services (ensuring the Investment Team vision continued to be implemented).
